After more than 15 years of recognizing women in our community for personal, professional and career accomplishments we are inspired to do more. This year we have been working on a way to modernize our signature event, Woman of Achievement, while keeping true to the spirit of recognizing women in our community who are doing amazing work.

Our program inspires girls to be strong with activities that build skills in strengthening their bodies, mental and emotional wellness, and providing an environment of community and sisterhood.

Our program inspires girls to be smart by providing them with the building blocks for financial independence, problem solving, career exploration and preparation, and access to STEM activities.

Our program inspires girls to be bold by encouraging them to take up space- be seen and heard. We believe in self empowerment and celebrating each girls unique, individualism.
