Welcome to Girls Inc. of Taunton
Girls Incorporated of Taunton is a nationally affiliated youth enrichment organization serving girls and gender expansive young people, ages 5 -15 from the greater Taunton Area. Girls Inc. offers life-changing programs that inspire girls to be strong, smart and bold. Research-based curricula equips girls and gender expansive youth to achieve academically; lead healthy and physically active lives; manage finances; navigate media messages; and discover an interest in science, technology, engineering and math. Our consistent programming offered through after-school and summer camp programs includes more than 75 programs and activities designed to creatively meet the identified needs of our members.

Our mission statement reflects our commitment to empowering girls with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. By providing girls with opportunities to develop their leadership abilities, learn critical thinking skills, and explore various fields of interest, we aim to create a world where every girl feels valued, respected, and capable of achieving her dreams. Through our diverse programs, mentorship, and safe spaces, we strive to equip girls with the tools they need to navigate challenges, pursue education and career pathways, and become agents of positive change in their communities. Together, we are building a future where girls can unleash their potential and shape a more equitable and inclusive society.
Over one hundred years of sisterhood.
In 111 years of service, our affiliate has serviced thousands of girls and young women from the greater Taunton area. Since 1912, our facility has housed an-all girl environment in which supported a community space for all girls to thrive, learn and grow. Our affiliate takes great pride in our roots, embraces our history and values the many girls and women who walked through our doors before us and who continued our legacy for multiple generations of strong, smart and bold girls.
